Dear Novi and Andy

This letter follows our conversation in 2017, during which we discussed your wedding and our MC and DJ service. It is my understanding that, you will hire us as your professional MC and DJ scheduled on Saturday, June 9th,  2018.

Multi DJ & MC Package: $1000

Ceremony

• Sound system with technician/DJ 
• 2 wired microphones (for officiant, bride and groom)

 Cocktail Hour

• Sound system for background/ambiance music

Reception

• State of the Art Sound Quality sound system (speakers, subwoofer, Denon DJ Board, wide selection of music)
• 2 wireless microphones
• Standard dance floor lighting
• Mistress of Ceremony in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Custom Reception Program as requested – (wedding party entrances, may include line dancing instruction if needed, etc.)

Venue: Presidential Catering 

Time: 9:30 AM Setup; Ceremony at 11AM

Setup: Sound system for ceremony, sound system for cocktail hour and MC/DJ Reception

Ceremony Order – will be sent separately

Cocktail Hour – Music requested (Top 40, etc.)

Reception Order (will be sent separately)

 

Modero & Company Contract

Modero & Company agrees to provide a sound system, DJ, music, Master of Ceremony and lights based on the package selected for the event. Client agrees that the venue will provide access to ac outlets, and enough space to set up the equipment. A $350 deposit must be returned in order to save the date for the event. The balance of the wedding package purchased is due one week prior of the event; any overtime work can be decided no later than ½ hour before the wedding reception ends.

It is agreed that this contract is binding to both parties and cannot be changed except as follows: act of god, or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of either party. It is agreed that both parties make their “best effort” so that the wedding reception can proceed as scheduled.
